Fished Peg 1 today, 10am to 3pm. Fished pole alongside reeds, and had 14 x F1’s, 3 x smaller Carp, 2 x Tench, 1 x Bream and lots of Skimmers, Roach & Rudd, plus a few small Perch.
Had bites on meat, corn, bits of mussel and pieces of prawn (mainly Perch). No need to try any other baits.
Just one other angler fishing (only for a couple of hours), plus the Heron who didn’t seem to catch much.
It was nice talking to you. Nice to put a name to a face
